Here is the new Glycemic index page showing a medium GI food.

Here is the new Glycemic index page showing a high GI food.

And here is the exciting news. This screen shot shows a new
service that we are starting with the release of GlycoMeal 2006!
Users will be able to test their own foods and upload the results to
the server. Once 10 people test the same food, those results
will be published out through the software's automatic updates.
We are looking to double the number of tested foods within the first
two years. Keep checking back for details. We will be
running several promotions to get this new service started.
This screen shows the results of a food compared to a glucose
standard. This food tested at a Glycemic Index of 45.

Here is a screen
shot of the calendar section of the program. It allows you to
track the GL for each meal and then will give you a daily GL value.
There is also a health check section for each day where you can
record health measures such as, Height, Weight, BMI, HeartRate,
Blood Pressure, and how you are generally feeling each day.
This makes a wonderful log for your daily health activities.

Here is a graph of the daily GL values. Each data point shows
if the meal was high, medium or low, and gives you a quick glance of
your progress.

Here is a screen shot of the Glycemic Load Page. You can
select foods, and then move the dial to the specific size portion
that you are going to eat. The actual GL is then displayed on
the top right. The bar on the top right also tells you if your
portion size is high, medium, or low load. |
